Product Ownership
Vision, roadmap and backlog from discovery to release: user stories and acceptance criteria, stakeholder alignment, user acceptance testing and the go/no-go call. I took Entra from a one-week MVP to an organisation-wide launch.

Iβm Bright Kumedzro β a multi-disciplinary practitioner operating at the intersection of product design, product ownership, brand identity, and programme management. I currently work at AmaliTech, where I shipped Entra, an internal staffing platform that placed over 90 trainees across Ghana and Rwanda.
I believe the best work sits at the edge of clarity and craft β where a strong problem definition meets deliberate design decisions. Whether Iβm writing acceptance criteria, designing a component system, or aligning stakeholders across teams, the goal is the same: reduce ambiguity, build something that works, and make it feel considered.
Vision, roadmap and backlog from discovery to release: user stories and acceptance criteria, stakeholder alignment, user acceptance testing and the go/no-go call. I took Entra from a one-week MVP to an organisation-wide launch.
Research, user flows, interaction design and design systems, carried through to developer-ready interfaces. I work alongside engineers and product owners so what ships is what was designed.
Programs run end to end for 1,000+ participants a year: onboarding, communications, mentorship, progress tracking and the reporting that shows where to step in, as with Mentor Me Collectiveβs Google programs.
I build what I design: web products in Next.js and TypeScript, from Kwame Motors, a car-parts marketplace with Mobile Money payments, to the Design Chapter Hub and the games and tools on my Playground.
Brand strategy, identity systems and guidelines, from logo and typography to tone of voice, built to stay consistent as a brand grows across products and channels.
Campaign, social, event and pitch materials that extend a brand system rather than reinvent it, like the TEDxKNUST campaigns behind 200+ paid attendees.
I start with people and context: research, stakeholder conversations and whatever data exists, until the problem is clearly defined.
Flows, wireframes and early concepts are shared early, so product, engineering and stakeholders agree on the direction before the detail work starts.
High-fidelity design built on reusable components, with every decision traceable to a user need or a business goal.
I stay involved through handoff and build, writing acceptance criteria and reviewing the release, so what goes live delivers real value to users and the business.

βI have had the utmost pleasure of working with Bright for over 2 years and he is a joy to work with. I work with him on Dream Hive Scholarship Team and now on Cheni Tech and his passion for advancing access to technology and developing strong engineers in Ghana and Africa at large is commendable! You seldom meet teammates who are so motivated, customer/data-centric, and technically sound. He brings insightful and innovative ideas to the table and doesn't shy away from pushing the envelope regarding design and engineering.β

βI had the pleasure of working with Bright Kumedzro during Digilog's International Optimization Challenge in Ghana, where we developed solutions for Mealex and Mailex Delivery, with a focus on real-time order visibility and enhancing customer transparency. What immediately stood out about Bright was his genuine kindness and ability to create a welcoming environment. His collaborative spirit made it easy to exchange ideas, and his strong communication skills fostered an open, productive team dynamic. Beyond that, Bright displayed exceptional skill in UI/UX design. His sense of ownership and determination were clear, he dedicated himself fully to the task, ensuring that every detail was perfected before considering the job done. He carefully designed a mobile interface that was both intuitive and visually engaging. I highly recommend Bright in any professional setting.
